High degree of automation, hydraulic mold opening and closing, automatic temperature control system: a single machine produces 20 light-weight wall panels each time, with high accuracy, and concave-convex grooves are formed at one time. The new wallboard equipment developed by our factory is improved on the basis of the old equipment. The output of the improved new equipment is doubled compared with the old equipment, and the concave and convex grooves are formed at one time. The product produced has a smooth surface and accurate size standards. It completely solves the problems of low output of old equipment, easy slurry leakage, easy embroidery, and difficult film removal.
